Ordered twice, a large portion of my order was missing despite me selecting to substitute with any other brand, they failed to email me or contact me with the what’s messing or even bother to say it’s not going to be there. A lot of issues with app and website. Won’t be order again not worth it, and even prices a bit high online compared to the actual shop.
3miles is a fantastic service offering grocery delivery from smaller independent retailers. During lockdown I received regular deliveries with great customer care - the businesses they work with are awesome. I haven't really used a big supermarket since and no obscene amounts of plastic bags!
