I went into 3 mobile in Bloomfield…

I went into 3 mobile in Bloomfield shopping centre in Bangor Northern Ireland A young man Josh came forward to help me - my issue was my phone was showing that it was full of viruses and was throwing one app after another at me , I really didnt know how to stop it. He was very helpful and talked me through how and why this sometimes happens, he removed loads of apps i didnt need until all the notifications stopped and my phone was back to normal. He also pointed out that my contract was up and managed to save me £16 a month. I was very impressed by the customer service I received today - twice now I've had issues and twice I've had excellent customer service - Whoever trains the guys in the bloomfield store has done a fantastic job. Nothing is too much hassle, they are polite , professional and so helpful - well done and thank you

Happy customer

I called into 3 phone shop in abbeycentre i was greeted by a lovely young man called Mohammed he was really helpful and had my new phone set up in no time and actually uttered the words happy to help I havent heard that in a long time 3 you are very lucky to have him thank you Mohammand

I have taken on a multi sim deal with…three business

I have taken on a multi sim deal with "three business", The sim worked for a few days in Scotland ,but on travelling to England and into Spain we could get no service. I contacted three from spain with great difficulty,but got nowhere with customer services. i have contacted them on my return to scotland where i am now receiving threatening letters adding on £1211.40 cancellation fee if i don't send outstanding balance of£78.98 for zero service

No mobile data.

Mobile data has been virtually non existent for the last two weeks. Well more like 5 years but definitely worse this last two weeks.

Have run speed tests all week in Essex.
Lowest download 0.01 mbps
Lowest upload 0.07 mbps.
Have not seen it above 2 mbps.
Google says typical data speeds should be between 20-100 and average 73……

It’s not like I live in a cabin in the woods in the middle of nowhere.

3 say no problems on their website. 😂
I think they might be telling porkies.

I don’t want a rubbish response from customer services saying that they’re working on it as they’re obviously not.
I just want the clear problems to be fixed.

Recently I bought iphone 15 pro max but that is not working properly, I request many times to solve it but they always take mobile , format mobile and back me which is not solve that problem, i got loss almost 110000 dkk . My bill has been put up told me it was me who changed it been on chat this morning they take ages to answer all your queries then you reply back they reply back then after 2 minutes if you don’t reply they end the chat then you have to start another chat

This company should not be allowed to trade
Phone service is like that of 1992
Text messages I send come up with a different phone number 5g does not work I call the customer services to be greeted by folk that dont seam to no what customer service is they dont listen so stuck with a 24 month contract that don't work and no way of speaking to any one about it
Shops can't help just there for sales
Asked to make complaint told not possible and then just put on hold to another customer service person that is also useless and don't listen
Should not be allowed to trade

Worst company

Worst company, they offer you something but they avoid all the details regarding the all payments, I ended up paying way more of what I was told, now I can’t end the contact that they also told me that I can ended any time after 6 months.

I was a pay as you go customer

I was a pay as you go customer and I wanted to leave
it took two days to get my PAC code as I wanted to take my number with me to my new provider I kept text
For 2days I tried the net finally I got through via a chat line it took about 25 min chatting and finally I got my
PAC code with a message saying that my account had nothing in it and that was final

They are shady af

They are shady af, they cheat and are completely unwilling to help if anything comes up.
I bought a Samsung phone from them and with it came a mobile subscription and a free month of some online streaming service(Viva play or tv2 play, I don't remember) and deezer. I was not interested in the streaming services so I never used it. Then I noticed that they included it in the bill (even though it was free for a month and even though I hadn't used it) so we called and they couldn't help us just said we had to pay and then next month it would be fixed. Well next month, again, they included this in the bill and again we had to pay it, so I went down there and talked to them and the girl cancelled the subscription in front of me.
My boyfriend switched over to them to because it would be cheaper for us and he never got to use deezer and the same thing happened again, they included deezer in the bill and we asked them many times to cancel it.
Now a few months later we are having money problems and asked if we could pay our bill next month and the guy on the phone laughed at us and just said no and that our mobiles would just shut down. There is no will to help us and they owe us money. Safe to say we will be changing phone companies.
