This is what I have just sent them:

I'm not happy with your service. Over the last few days I have ordered items from other companies and had free delivery the next day. You charge an extortionate amount for delivery, say it witll take up to 48 hours, but only today have Evri received it and they are talking of letting me know when it is out for delivery within the next 48 hours. 4 days without even then a definite delivery day. This is rubbish service. I'll never use you again and hope I can find a review site to vent my disgust further.

Nothing more to say!!

Think they have closed but still taking orders, paid for an order special delivery but nothing arrived. Called them and the customer service line says to mail support which bounces back saying the mailbox doesn't exist. Ended up doing a charge back on my card as you can't get in touch with them.

I have had a great experience with 3 reelabels. The Dymo 45013 labels worked just fine.

Unfortunately i did not see these reviews before ordering labels!
Do not use this company. Complete scam and should be investigated. Highly irregular activites.
I have been caught out big time

I ordered a batch of 10 Dymo compatible labels - none of which worked in my LabelWriter. (I know it's the labels which are at fault as other ones I have still work okay). I tried phoning 3Ree but on pressing the number for customer service a recorded message tells me to mail them instead. Other options on the IVR just end the call.

This is on top of phoning them previously to ask for a VAT receipt only to be told someone will phone back...they never did. Who has ever heard of a company with a VAT number not issuing the VAT number on an invoice.

There is a reason this company's products are so cheap. As they say "Buy cheap - pay twice".

Don't waste your money or time with this company.

The first and second order do arrive but the 3rd doesn’t and there are a lot reviews around the internet stating this.
We are issuing a small claim today to stop this this company from ripping customers off.

You can always speak to their 3rd party outsourced sales team, who cannot help customer service issues. So you have no point of contact, and no one replies.

We have also had a reply from a national newspaper about this company as they have seen the reviews we have about this company and they are clearly deceiving customers ultimately obtaining funds by deception.
