It is workable and swift!!
The search engine worked extremely well, navigating thru the application and being able to easily to fill in all the information. When something was incomplete the site let me know what need to adjusted before moving on. This site was great.

Terrible. They say you are 100% guaranteed for a certain amount and when you call them and do the application they give you an offer of much less than they guaranteed.
