Thankyou so much to the Royal British Legion for providing my family with a free day out! We all had a great day time. The fire engine ride we absolutely loved the kids were laughing their heads off. I got the best of my kids in the laser tag as well Thanks to all that organised it so good to have an event put on for our service men and women. thanks so much 😊. People that ar sour about it grow up.

Tractor ride to see all the junk they have no where to store. No atmosphere and absolutely disgusting toilets.

Took my grandchildren today - I haven’t been for 2 years - it was very run down - equipment broken or not working - tractor ride to see animals was a joke - we saw 1 bull 2 alpaca and about 8 sheep - children disappointed - luckily I didn’t pay full price and had a discount voucher - won’t be going back in a hurry

Released a link for £10 tickets via Facebook at 19:00 this evening. The link didn't work, then was taken down and a comment saying sold out May's tickets. Literally a scam. The place isn't worth full value.

Problems throughout the entire experience and very little care and consideration given to what is advertised as “Magical Christmas Adventure”

I and 3 other adults attended with my 2 grandchildren over the Early May Bank Holiday during the Paw Patrol event. My first impression of the park is it looks very tired and worn out. The equipment is rusty, broken, and threadbare. For the paw patrol event its self there was no signage up to say where the characters were going to be or when. We anticipated them being walked through the site. this was not the case they were brought into a pen and you had to queue to see them. However, if you were still in that queue after 30 min they were taken away and you did not get to see them. Nor was there anyone managing the queue to explain anyone past this point would not get in. Over all we qued for 1 and 1/2 hrs in total before finally getting in for a 30-second hug and photo. This event lacked some serious management and organisation.

Second to this, the restaurant ran out of everything except burgers and chips it would seam by 12:45, with a wait for any food orders at that point being 45+ minutes after a 20-minute wait in the queue. Poor performance for a Bank Holiday weekend and during an event.

There were also other activities advertised around the park, that when we arrived to participate were not happening.

All in all a very disappointing day. I will not return.
