47 skin works…
47 Skin works or it does for my kids who range in need depending on season/stress and age. Recently had a problem with my order and they have happily replaced the broken item and I’m very happy. They also respond quickly which is such a bonus. Wish we’d had products like this when I was young and suffering. It’s fantastic that our kids have more support and understanding so they don’t have to suffer with sports/acne and we all know and understand why it’s so important on a physical and psychological level for a person to have clear skin so thank you 47 Skin

My son has still not rec'd his gift
My son has still not rec'd his gift, I have tried to resolve this on live chat and emails. Royal Mail say the sender needs to track the parcel. It states it was collected from Royal Mail, my son has NOT collected this item. No one gets back on live chat and email responses do not resolve this issue, it's my 1st order and tbh not impressed.

Made my skin 10X worse!!
I started using this product when I had a couple of bad spots but never severe acne. It immediately brought up new spots to the surface so I thought that it was making my skin purge which I messaged on instagram dm to ensure this was purging and not irritation so I continued with the hope that it would improve. However, my skin slowly worsened and more severe under the skin spots started to appear. As such, around December it became way too much and it was full on acne, when I had never experienced anything quite like it with my skin. I saw a dermatologist asap who said that this product has Limothene which is occlusive and clogs pores. As someone with sensitive skin this caused dermatitis and acne. Since then, I have seen another dermatologist to get acne treatment and laser which has cost a lot of money and has given me so much less confidence as I am left with all the pigment that the spots have left behind. I urge you to try any other products as 5 months after only 2 months of usage I am still dealing with the malevolent effects of this product.
On the other hand, I did have an online consultation when I wanted to stop using it and I am grateful that the person honestly told me to stop.

From what you’ve described, this sounds more like irritation or sensitivity rather than a typical purging phase. While some ingredients can bring congestion to the surface initially, ongoing worsening, itching, or dermatitis are not expected and are signs the product isn’t suitable for your skin.
Just to clarify, limonene is not considered pore-clogging, but sensitivities can still occur, especially with reactive skin.
We’re glad our team advised you to stop using the product, as your skin’s health should always come first. We truly regret the impact this has had and understand your frustration.
