I've used them for my ink recently I had an issue with a couple of chips not being read by my printer and they are sending me replacement ink with no problem several months after the purchase. Patrick who I spoke to from the company was very helpful. Overall they seem to have good integrity and be reasonable overall I'm happy with their products. I saved quite a bit of money.

I am absolutely over the moon with my experience with 499ink.com. It was extremely easy working with Patrick on the phone. He was able to get my order taken care of quickly without any problems. The individual who took care of the final particulars for the purchase was excellent as well. I was told that I would receive my order either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. It shipped out on the 14th and it arrived today the 16th. That was truly amazing. The toner cartridges are an exact match to the OEM cartridge and it works beautifully. This was the best experience I have had with a company that isn't brick and mortar. I highly recommend them for your ink and toner needs. Ten thumbs up.

I would like to give a 5-star review to Steve, as he helped me apply the coupon to my purchase. The reason I am leaving a 4-star review is because the website did not let me apply the BTS22 coupon to my purchase.

Vendor states that complete order was replaced earlier. This means that I had a second set of three cartridges that were also bad...six out of six. This proves my point about 499 inks quality control. I note there was no mention of the smeared ink on cartridges and cartridge boxes or the leaking ink from the printheads. I disagree with their claimed time frame and still contend that six out of six bad cartridges is more than coincidence but is a result of little or no quality control.
