Kevin the Resolutions Specialist was the best!
I ordered custom printed lanyards for our event, and they arrived in about five business days—which is a very quick turnaround. The custom images came out crisp and beautiful; however, the clips attached were incorrect.
A few days later, I was contacted by Resolution Specialist Kevin Saunders, who apologized and immediately took action. He kept me informed every step of the way—from coordinating with the production team and expediting the corrected order to providing regular calls and email updates and tracking the shipment.
Our office happened to be closed one day, and Kevin even followed up to let me know that FedEx had attempted delivery. He checked in again to confirm when our office would reopen to ensure a successful delivery.
In the end, the corrected order arrived as expected. I truly appreciated Kevin’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to making things right while keeping us updated throughout the process.
Thank you, Kevin! We will definitely be using 4AllPromos again.
