We had a printing issue with the pens we ordered. A quick correspondence landed us a reprint no charge with quick turn around. No long back and forth to correct it. The pens arrived in time for an event, and the quality of the pen is very good. Would purchase again

Non profit Order
Order a bulk set of sunglasses for our nonprofit organization. I wanted one working on one side and a different on the other. On the site I didn’t see where there would be a charge for different wording or logo on the side. I got an email stating they couldn’t remove the taxes. They said it would be an additional charge for different wording. So we just left it as is.

When it comes to artwork in multiple locations, each additional imprint location requires its own setup, which is why there are associated fees. Similarly, different artwork designs require separate setup fees, as each design must be prepared and applied individually. The benefit is that these are typically one-time fees, so reorders with the same artwork would not incur those setup charges again.
Regarding taxes, if you are part of a tax-exempt organization, taxes can be removed for orders shipped to the state where your exemption applies. Terrible
I paid $118 to have my two small boxes shipped. They came in days apart and one box was completely busted open. Customer service responded, apologizing, but didn't refund my shipping fees.

Great Customer Service
I originally ordered a pen that looked to be gold, but when I received it, they were goldenrod yellow and not gold. I reached out to customer service, and I received a quick response. We walked through my great pen debacle quickly and with ease. I sent some photos, and they offered me a refund or to pick another pen. I picked another pen, and they exchanged everything super quick. The new pens are perfect!
