ordered 2no. bearings, got email to say ordered, no email to say posted ever recieved, rang them numerous times with " i'll get the other office to contact you" and no contact from them, emailed numerous times with no resonse.
after over a week i emailed to request cancelation of order and for refund - no response back, so instructed my credit card company of no delivery.
Ordered 2 bearings for my router, got the items have been dispatched email and that delivery would be 3-4 days. Nearly 2 weeks passed, no bearings and no response to an email. Very much doubt anything will ever show up. Paypal refunded me and purchased elsewhere. This lot seem a bunch of scam merchants.
Ordered item on 22 Dec 2023 due to being Christmas holidays didn't expect any correspondence till after holidays.
They took the money issued a invoice as expected but I heard nothing and now it was mid January 2024,sent them email regarding my concerns and still heard nothing from them.
So I went through PayPal for refund which they refunded me immediately. My frustration is why does a company do this my machine was out of action and I at to source another v belt from somewhere else.
