Very Disappointing Customer Service
I ordered a drinking bottle from this shop, but the suction nozzle squeaks when drinking. Later, I was told the issue was solved or that it was a user error, and the bottle was simply sent back to me. I had clearly mentioned that I needed the bottle for a long trip. By now I have already left, and my neighbor has just checked the bottle – the problem still exists.
This is absolutely poor service. I am very disappointed, especially as the bottle was expensive and I had spent a long time researching before purchasing.

es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit dem Produkt nicht zufrieden sind. Wir haben Ihren Fall mehrfach überprüft, sowohl bei uns als auch beim Hersteller, konnten jedoch keinen Herstellungs- oder Materialfehler feststellen. Das von Ihnen beschriebene Geräusch entsteht durch die Luftströmung im Ventil und ist eine normale Eigenschaft des Produkts. Es tut uns wirklich leid, aber da die Flasche bereits benutzt wurde, war es nicht mehr möglich, sie innerhalb der 30-tägigen Rückgabefrist zurückzugeben.
