No one is handling returns, and the website has problems
I purchased a white jacket. When I received it, the plastic bag containing the jacket was torn, and there were obvious signs of wear on the back of the jacket. This jacket is either not new or has been stored in a warehouse for a long time. I want to return it, but the website shows that I haven't even received the item yet. Then, I tried various channels like email and online customer service, sending multiple emails, but no one replied or handled the return. This situation is just too frustrating
