DANGEROUS actions
My order arrived quickly (1 week), but I was given a completely different product than I initially ordered. And they labeled the packaging as if it was the correct product!! An untrained eye would miss this and could dose incorrectly!
SUPER DANGEROUS
Each time I ordered I had to chase my tracking number with e-mails for days before I had a reply and the last time I ordered stuff over 100 pounds , was told that my tracking number has been lost after I sent about 5 emails and waited several days for a answer and I have not received any package so far, 7 working days later - which is more than the shipping duration estimate shown on the courier's website.
On other ocassions I have been sent shipped confirmation emails whereas the package has not been actually delivered because the product was not in stock and no one has informed me. I had to chase that too with many emails in different days before I found out that what I paid for has actually not been delivered. Horrible communications and zero customer support.
