Very reactive customer service and kindly advising for my starting campaign. I like the possibility to put items on sale, as I craft lots of things (knitting, sewing etc). It's the beginning of my campaign but they give excellent guidelines.

Needs better customer support
After a sum of 1000 EUR was raised, our access to withdrawals was blocked. We contacted support, and received an automatic message in which they said we will be contacted in a few days due to the high amount of messages they received.
EDIT: After 2 days they replied to our emails and unblocked our withdrawals, thus solving our problem. However, I still think that they can be more transparent with the users and provide better ways of contacting them. I recommend also contacting them on Facebook, they reply faster there.

My first experience is not that satisfied.A few days ago a created a fundraise for a family that i care . i shared the link with some of my friends and we gather almost 1600 euros in just a day ( i love my friends ) .. i did a windraw test of 40 euros .. all good and clear , instantly , now i am blocked.

Collection for transporting found puppies from Sicily
If you decide to start a collection, this platform is great for creating it. Simplicity, speed and transparency are advantages. If you run into problems when paying out the money you have collected, call your bank to see if it allows these money transfers (you have this service on your payment card) VISA direct MasterCard send. Currently, Visa direct does not work across the board, so I set up a second card for my MasterCard bank account, where the MasterCard send service is. I entered this new card on the platform and the money was immediately sent from the collection. 4fund reacts a little later, but they will get back to you, they are overwhelmed with questions.

All good until I needed to withdraw the funds. The site rejected my card without explaining why. I have been sending emails to their support for weeks, I followed their instructions and there was no outcome and now they no longer reply to my emails. I'll give it a little more time and then I'll have to return the donations received and try another site. It will be stressful for everyone

Funds Blocked and No Response from Support
I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I tried to withdraw my funds, but they claim the money is blocked. I was told to email their support, but after several attempts, I have received no response. My funds are effectively stuck, and I am getting no assistance or updates from their team. This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this service to anyone.
UPDATE 14/11/24:
As of today, I still haven’t received the funds. I was finally able to verify my credit card, sent the funds (which are supposed to be transferred instantly), but I still haven’t received anything. This fundraising is a complete scam.
