Greedy

Greedy. They took my money in full but did not provide the mentors as promised. Two cancelled today: one said he hurt his back and the other had a job interview. The director said she would find a substitute. I waited 10 hours and nobody showed.

The delivery has not been delivered…

The delivery has not been delivered yet, it's Nov. 11th now ... Had to call myself to ask where it was, hopefully will be delivered next week 🤞🏼. Can give a better review then, but they should send an update themselves.

Videogame open sealed case

While pricing was okay, do not buy videogames at this store if you want sealed games. The shops open the videogame cases and store the actual cartridge/disc behind the counter, thus breaking the package seal. Rather disappointing while purchasing an item online.

Edit: To address the sellers comment, being inside the original sealed plastic is important if the buyer is a collector and wants to keep the game in its original state. My low score review is only meant to highlight that this is not disclosed online, but clearly visible in the physical store.

All games are new so what is the problem if we keep the inside at the counter. We do this already years. If you buy it online or not it is the same

2 years later, and still did not receive my item or get my money back

I have preordered an item on their website almost 2! years ago now. (31/03/2021) I never got any updates, and even less so received the item itself. Since they renewed their website, I can't even access my account anymore...

I contacted them a few times myself to ask about it, and they said it is still in process, but they are also not sure if they can still get the item now... (and of course by now it's sold out everywhere else, too... >:( ) This is NOT how preorders should work...?

Last month (Jan. 4th, 2023) I asked if they could put in a bit of effort to try and see if they could still get it or not, or just give me my money back. Up to this day (23/02/23) I haven't gotten any replies...

However, the 4Geeks store in Hasselt has fantastic service, and the workers there are super kind and helpful. They have nothing to do with their awful online webshop (they do not even have full access to the system) and are the only thing that deserve 5 stars about this company!

I find it rather sad that you guys would change system and not let me know anything. I had contact with customer service before and they said to wait. Then why would I call if they say it will be okay? You are just trying to push the blame on me and that is NOT DONE! I am VERY patient and VERY understanding. But the fact that you would reply in this way on my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE says enough about how things work over there... I gave you a chance to fix this in a better manner but I STILL did not get any answer or money back after I had received a mail from your team. Funny that I get an INSTANT reply DIRECTLY after posting this review... If I hadn't, I probably would still not have heard anything. YOU made a mistake, and YOU did not take responsibility for it. Blaming the customer for bad customer service is a bit backwards, isn't it?!

UPDATE 4/04: I received my money back. The problem has been resolved.

Beste we zijn indertussen van systeem verandert waardoor oude orders niet zichtbaar zijn. Onze medewerker contacteert U hieromtrent. Het heeft dus heus niets te maken met die is dit en die is dat. Iedereen van ons team doet steeds zijn uiterste best voor onze klanten. U had ook telefonisch contact kunnen opnemen met onze winkel.
Update 2: hebt U contact gehad met onze webshop? De mensen in de winkel hebben geen zicht op het global geheel. Wij worden door Funko rechtstreeks geleverd. Denk je dat deze hiervan wakker liggen. Nope.... maar never mind ik begrijp je frustratie maar mss kan je ook de uitleg gewoon accepteren maar dat is dan noet het geval. Meer kunnen we niet doen.

Bad customer service for letting not know

I ordered some items on the 5th of februari and today 13th of februari still didnt receive the order or even an email from the company. So i called asking for information. There was a hold on the order for 3 items that werent coming back in. Instead of sending some info or calling to me i had to call them myself for this problem.

Always perfect service

Always perfect service. Orders are shipped quickly and very well-packaged. Also customer service is excellent. 100% recommended!

A story of two sides

A story of two sides, negative and positive, we start with the negative.

I sended an email to change delivery to a store but the message was not answered, and then it was being sent, sadly which costed me more money, it would have been cheaper for me to pick it up at a store. Seeing the reviews here i then understood what was going on...

I now always check Trustpilot before buying a product somewhere.

Second i had an issue with a product and tough the question was answered and helped after contacting several companies it was told at the end from the manufacturer to raise the question at the store, the manufacturer would work directly with the store to resolve the issue, or help with refund/exchange. this has not been answered after by the store.

Then the positive.

When the store did answer one of the three questions it was answered fast and that same day, even before night. And when i had written a reply i immediat got a reply in 15 seconds after writing so when the store does answer a question its fast so you dont have to wait long.

Furthermore the seller was friendly in the conversation and the package was packed in very good with multipe papers around it so there was no chance that the pack would have been damaged.

I was angry when the order was sent while i wanted to change it and pick it up at a store but the correspondation at the second question made it that i would give it 1 or 2 stars up to 3.

I never experienced something like this before and it is my first time in my life i ever experience something like this, other people write stories but they are all true so i strongly recommend people to look at Trustpilot first before buying anything from that store. Which i do now always. Its different from going to a local store but my prefer will always be a local store.

I am happy about the order tough, the products, content, better than expected and not a different product, i had read something here about a customer bought a daredevil q figure and he got a funko pop of belle and the beast XXXXD
And no damage of course because of the good multiple cover packing.
