I have been using 4i Pumping for years and would fully recommend them. They always carry out work to a high standard, have a quick response time and provide real solutions when needed.
Pump supply was fine, but then charged me £195+VAT (not an emergency call out) for an engineer to spend 10 minutes tying a piece of string to the float to prevent the unit overflowing - they could have told me to do that on the phone when i reported the problem. When I questioned the cost I was told the standard call out is £450!

Good Morning Graham, I'm sorry you've felt the need to leave such review, but as you kindly pointed out we reduced the cost from £450 + VAT to £195 + VAT as a gesture of good will and on the basis that you needed help to rectify the installation of others.

Staff Park in Disabled Bays when they clearly have no badge, we needed the only space to go to the National Hospital for Neurology yet this matey was parked in there, no care in the world... imagine how they conduct business if they don't care about this...
