Cannot cancel order

Bought a small item that was in stock on the website at the time of order. The money was taken immediately but I was then emailed to be told that the delivery would be several weeks. I've attempted to cancel the order several times but the website form is undeliverable and gets rejected each time. The live chat never seems to be available and, other than writing a letter, there's no other way to contact this company. Extremely poor - avoid this company.
