Since then, I have contacted your customer support on multiple occasions. Every time, I receive the same generic response: "We are working on your issue." Despite waiting patiently for several days, there has been been no resolution or meaningful update.
I also submitted a formal complaint to your gmail account on 13 June 2026, yet I have not received even a single acknowledgment or response to my email. Such a lack of communication and delay in resolving a financial transaction is unacceptable and falls far below the standard of customer service that users should reasonably expect.
I request that you investigate this matter immediately, credit my deposit without further delay, or provide a clear written explanation for the delay. If this issue continues to remain unresolved, I will have no option but to escalate the matter by filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and regulatory authorities and by pursuing any other remedies available to me under applicable law.
