Massage chair

Made an online order for a massage chair direct from their website 4sales.bg. Once I got the delivery found out that the chair was already unpacked and used - hair, nasty dirty spots and the leather was in a horrible condition, obviously use multiple times already. Made a call out to the owner - extremely rude male person you cannot even have a normal discussion as he never stopped interrupting me and finally hung up on me and of course never got a refund. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Don't buy anything from this site!

Don't buy anything from this site. They sell substandard garbage. The goods I received were in a crumpled box, without instructions in Bulgarian, only in Chinese.
The product itself, a magnet wiper, is an absolute parody. They refused to return me within the statutory period, with absolutely no argument, and hung me on the phone several times.
