Concern About Owner’s Judgment and Professionalism
The owner publicly posted a video accusing a mechanic of wrongdoing and later posted another video saying the accusation was false and that she did not mean to hurt anyone. Regardless of the apology, making a serious public accusation like that can damage someone’s livelihood and reputation. That raises concerns for me about judgment and professionalism, and it would affect whether I would feel comfortable doing business with her.
