I have been going to 4-Sight opticians in Walsall for over 20 years. The staff are so friendly and helpful, every Optician is also so professional and do the eye tests and eye health checks to the highest standards.

They also have the latest technology and I was shown photographs of each eye with detailed explanations.

Frame was broken, the member of staff immediatly worked out what caused the problem and replaced the frame. She also answered my questions and queiries with great respect. Her advice was also clear and understandable.

From start of my eye test to the collection of my glasses was handled professionally the staff are polite friendly and treat you like part of the family at the Walsall branch

Rachel spoke to me made me comfortable asked if I required a drink while I waited to be seen by Zoe who discussed my verifocal glasses made sure they fitted me correctly and explained how the lenses work for long and short distance

My daughter wears glasses all the time and didn't like the frames in store at the date of ordering. The ladies were so helpful and ordered 2 frames for her to try. We went the next week and they were there we ordered the ones my daughter chose and they were back within two days. The ladies that work there were so helpful and friendly making the experience a lot easier and happier for my daughter.

We walked in and there were lovely staff that helped us in finding my pears of hallsae they where so kind and the also let me 5 pound for the fram and my mum loved this place high recommended and love to all the staff

Always receive first class service here, Rachel really looks after the customers and her knowledge is second to none.
Nothing is too much trouble and I would not even consider using elsewhere.

My recent eye examination showed no change however the optician Richard thought it worth investigating an historical issue. The result was a referral to the eye clinic at New Cross. I am very grateful as I knew nothing about it but now the potential problem will be sorted.
The staff here are always helpful- this year as well as routine adjustments to my glasses they have repaired those damaged by my naughty little puppy. I know I can rely on them.
