As a tax advisory firm, our role is to provide accurate, evidence-based advice in line with current legislation. In this instance, an error occurred while responding under time pressure in the calculation that accompanied a detailed report.

As soon as the issue was identified, the calculation was corrected and a full refund of our fee was issued promptly.
