Excellent retailer
Have been a regular customer of 4tk for several years. They have been an incredibly reliable retailer with competitive pricing (usually better) than other hobby/wargaming retailers with excellent customer service.

Not all the product arrived. No response from company
Not all the product arrived so contacted email address. Several days and no reply made me contact them via social media/WhatsApp. The response from FB messenger was full of spelling mistakes making me feel apprehensive regarding the validity of the company and it was only by contacting direct through WhatsApp that I received a response. After providing the relevant information I was told it would be handled and I would receive a response regarding the missing parts. After chasing this a week and a half later I did not receive any response again. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone
