Delivery is semi-reliable. A few times I ended up having to chase and pre orders are almost never delivered on release day.
They do not offer free collection from store option. Huge mistake in my view, I'd be more likely to organise gaming sessions in the club if I could pick up my things there.

Product arrived without delay, by Royal Mail. Prefer RM because they never leave parcels unattended and re-deliver if you are out. Product in good condition, not damaged. Would use this company again.

4TK sent what I ordered in a timely…
4TK sent what I ordered in a timely manner. It would be helpful to have a list where the couriers take the products to when choosing that. UPS chose a news agents that closed fairly early each day. They failed to deliver the first day, on the second they dropped it off just before close. Luckily a friend was able to collect for me as I wouldn’t be able to pick it up for another 5 days due to the locations opening hours. Surprised they weren’t using lockers.

4tk are easily more approachable, understanding, respectful and friendly than other warhammer related shops in the same town. They really know how to treat people like people and have some actual social skills. They answer all my questions as a new player without being condescending or patronising and the shops prices are unbeatable. 4tk is my #1 go to for online and in store purchases.

Great service from 4tk. Andy in the shop was able to reserve the product and service was very efficient and item was already to go on collection. Purchased some online vouchers and voucher email was sent quickly, already for my sons birthday. Thank you to 4TK a personal efficient service.
