Bad service
Ordered on 8th October, status via kantinewinkel’s website on the 10th October - status sent.
Queried via email for the tracking number on the 12th… reply received via email the 13th October - order not processed - this despite website saying order sent.
Queried again 15th October received a tracking number
Today the 16th October I received half of what was ordered! No email or explanation why.
This store has its name linked to other bigger stores, I wonder how they expect to build clients and get good reviews when their service is shoddy!
Website states Products purchased from Kantinewinkel order before 4pm sent the same day! False advertising? Delivery charges are high & still they cannot deliver!
