Damn what a class . Val, Mo and Bal wowww , exceptional customer service. Everything was smooth from start to finish . Wowww i will give 4x4 hire 21 gun salute. Exceptional .i did do this all over again and again. Blessings to Mo,Val ,Bal and the whole team. They were all class , from drop off to pick up. Thank you guys for making this a memorable as i bid farewell to my late brother.

Had a really good experience with Bal and this company. My needs were a little unique and normal hire companies weren’t suitable. Bal met all my needs and was hassle free including drop off and pick up at the airport. Comms were good and very responsive. The car didn’t have any issues. Would use again and recommend to anyone looking for a 4x4 to hire.

I rarely would ever write a negative review, however this would have helped me massively when I was looking to use this company.
I unfortunately dealt with Bal from the beginning, without too much detail, the communication was incredibly poor and unprofessional. When it came to collecting the car no time was agreed and I was told that I would be charged on the day for a later pick up time... again something I never agreed to pay. Documentation when eventually sent through had incorrect prices and I was pushed for 3 days to sign an incorrect document and I had no confirmation of payment after being asked to transfer all money via bank transfer, something I obviously refused to do.
However, the only reason this review didn't get only 1 star was the service I received from Sai and Sainaath. I would give them 5 stars alone. The car was delivered by them on time and with excellent service. After the appalling service from Bal I was concerned about pick up after being told 'I would have to pay for late pick up', but Sai and Sainaath were brilliant. Patient and understanding about the poor communication I had received throughout. They did not charge me any extra and ensured my deposit was returned in full. I would certainly hire a car through either of those again. It was a great shame as I loved the car.

Hired a Urus for 2 days and the was service amazing. Sai made the pricing clear and I received the Urus at the exact date and time I asked for. You definitely get what you pay for.

I hired a Land Rover Discovery from 4x4 for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The car was immaculate inside and out and drove well just as you’d expect from a new vehicle. It was also very competitively priced for the quality provided.

Customer service was exceptional. Sai made the collection process smooth and stress-free, with everything clearly explained. Communication throughout was prompt and professional. He was happy to answer my calls and offer me some route advice after business hours which saved me on toll charges and some time which was highly appreciated!!

Returning the car was quick and easy, with no hidden charges and a prompt refund of the deposit, which is always nice!! I’ll definitely be using 4x4 again and highly recommend them for reliable, high-quality car hire 👌🏽

Great service, couldn’t have asked for better

Stellar service! Truly was a great service provided. Hired the Defender, my mum’s favourite and it was a blast. Honestly can’t complain the car was in pristine condition you could tell it is well looked after. Also Sainaath is genuinely a great guy which made the whole experience just that bit better and easier.

Very professional company to deal with. Whole process was very smooth and easy to navigate with. Would definitely recommend again.
