Scammers! They unlawfully put credit on my account without my approval or knowledge and refused to take it off when I asked. Then they wouldn't let me withdraw money from my account until I had paid off the credit. Do not pay them any money. You'll never see it again.

Do not deal with these guys I have been trying to withdraw money for months and they are ignoring requests. Absolute scam !!!!!!
Further to my original three lines above I was contacted by them the same day the review went live. They said they would give me my money back in a few days if I took my review down. When I said no way I wanted my money first - they said I would have to sign a legally binding document promising to take this review down. They said my account was with the legal dept because of my negative review.
I told them that this was total manipulation and it’s illegal in Australia. Consumers have rights, they cannot refuse to give me my money back because of my negative review which was justified because of poor customer service and lack of communication!

12 April 2024 #UPDATE# This morning at 7am I received a call from a man saying he was from 4xAi wanting to apologise for the situation, Asking me to remove my review saying he would pay my money back into my account. He wanted me to log onto my account saying he would talk me through it, I said 'No' I just wanted the money back. The account was never logged into as I did not trust what I was being told....if it is the large company he claimed, why are they so unprofessional and so ill-prepared?

Early March I saw what I thought was a news item on Facebook. It looked to be a celebrity on the Graham Norton show talking about a fantastic find on Crypto currency and how money was easily made. I used the link in 'the article' which took me to 4xAi web site and duly paid the start up cost of £250. A short while later I received a call from a man who said I would be allocated an account manager and given details of the 4xAi website to register my account. The chap said I'd receive a call at an arranged time the next day. I missed a call but when I called back there was no reply. Over the next few days my bank listed an amount of about £194 and later another £5 or so for non-sterling transaction. I tried calling as I had realised it was a scam and wanted to get my money returned. One of the mobile numbers I'd saved linked to scam said I had dialled a wrong number I did get through and a man said I would receive a call the next day from my account manager but I stopped him and said I don't want to proceed, just my money back. He said I couldn't have it back and it was just a deposit and I had to speak to the manager and should sign into the account, again told I would get a call the next day...it never came. A few days later I tried to call and got through to someone who said his name was xxxxxx xx, said I just wanted my money back.......

It's a total scam, when I said I had changed my mind and wanted my deposit back, I was told someone will call you tomorrow, it never happened.
