Great Service (Although Need Improvement), Great Customer Service
TL;DR
Great service and yet affordable, great customer service.
But the replicator hub (portal site) and the overall experience need to be improved.
I migrated from Social Trader Tools after their plans don't suit me really well and their customer service is the worst.
The first thing I noticed with 4xsolutions is the way they handle my inquiries. They don't just answer, but they try to give solutions to the questions.
The customer service officer on the chat is also quick and accurate in answering questions.
The service itself is great; so far no lag and everything is handled well. But mind you, I don't trade on low time frame (1H below) so I don't know how fast trade is being replicated there.
But, the replicator hub (the portal site on which you can adjust things) is rather slow. There is always a delay between you click something until it responds.
Also I have told them as well, but it would be great if they have a notification system that tells you when a trade is triggered and closed.
So far it's a great decision to migrate from Social Trader Tools.
