So far, so good.
Nicholas has been excellent at keeping me informed and always keeps appointment times.
Have made a really good profit from my small investment.
Having never ‘dabbled’ with the stock market previously, was nervous initially, but gradually calming down 😀

UPDATE 8/5/2026

Still not been able to get a withdrawal. Only withdrawal method is via Crypto. I don’t have a Crypto account so can’t confirm that this method works. Customer Relations keep promising but their Account Advisors are only interested in new deposits.

No wonder they are under investigation by the Financial Conduct Authority.

When I said that I wanted to close the account Thomas got very angry and cut off the phone. I am unable to withdraw my funds as the only way seems to be via a bitcoin transaction which I cannot do.

UPDATE 3/4/26

510fx has phoned me and promised to find a way to refund me. Surely it should be a simple matter of directing me to the part of their website that would allow me to collect my funds.

Still waiting for my money. 501fx claim to have tried to phone but are unable to get through. Strange when they were able to talk to me whilst I was investing.

Update 28/4/2026

501fx have now deleted the email account that they have been using to communicate with me. They obviously have no intention to return my investment. It would appear that they are thieves and are just another scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

After 4 days I was being pressured into placing a large amount for me into my account. I did not wish to do this so quickly and that I now had health issues so would prefer to leave it dormant for some months or close the account. Money was put into my account by the company without my permission. I was told I could then not withdraw my initial investment whether I was unwell or not until I had reached the appropriate trading volume. What this was, could not be verified.
Scam or what. If good company give back my initial investment.

Me being a novice to this, Ruby has been very helpful and patient, so far it has been a good experience and seems to be going well 😊.

So, like the reviewer below, I too have put in a withdrawal request. Based on their good experience, hopefully I will also get my funds in the 10 days or so that it takes to process! Extra stars if it does!!

30/03/26: 501FX called today and we had a good discussion and clarification around my withdrawal request - no worries.

02/04/26: 501FX called... Seemed to be surprised I'd asked to withdraw my funds "oh, will get someone to reach out to you" - er, left hand - right hand?

08/04/2026: 501FX have cancelled my withdrawal request for $1147, no reason given but obviously they had NO intention of giving me my money (which I would have had to give to my bank any way - see below)

These people truly are scammers...

- my bank certainly agree and have now refunded all the money I deposited
- the FCA agree and say they are trading illegally so will be investigated
- their 'regulation authority' in the Comoros Islands is worthless (so they can keep money with impunity)
- their registered offices in Iceland are the well known haunt of scammers and hackers

DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE - it's all out there on the web, easy enough to find.

No doubt this review will be blocked by 501FX as being harmful or illegal - but I'm taking a screenshot anyway.

12/04/26 - Another withdrawal request put in - let's see if 501FX cancel this one too?

15/04/26 - 501FX 'called' today. I say called.. they checked who I was then put the phone down! Ace communicators! Still, at least my latest withdrawal still says pending.

27/3 I have now emailed you AGAIN following you're reply. I requested you stop harassing me and bombarding me with calls!

Absolutely the worst company ever. I made a tentative enquiry and have since been spammed by countless phone calls from a variety of numbers starting with 07441. I have blocked every single one and still they keep calling. I emailed tham and told them to cancel my account and told them they'd be reported to GDPR and the police for stalking and harrassment. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM.

I am very pleased how patient my account manager Melvin Dyer s , he has treated the whole situation great.

501fx is a SCAM they will not pay up. Please don't fall for it.

Having seen an ad for 501fx I made a tentative inquiry, and within a few minuets I received my first call, of many. Having spoken to the guy I decided to make my first deposit, the minimum required. For the next day or two all was going fine. I was assigned an account manager, Rachel Levi, who would talk me through various trading options. And to my surprise I actually made some profit. It was then that the hard sell began, constantly advised to increase my investment. Being sceptical I refused, saying that I would like to see how I could withdraw some funds first before I invested more. This was done very swiftly, on the same day. I was by now receiving 5, 6 or more calls a day, telling me that the more I invested the more profit I would make. Well I still refused as something was not sitting right with me. By now I had made more profit but had decided that this wasn't for me and the constant requests to invest more made me decide to withdraw all of my funds, about $500. I made the request. After about a week of having heard no news I contacted 501fx and was told, as stated in their T&C's this process could take between 5-10 working days, On day 9 I once again contacted 501fx and was again told the 5-10 working days rule still applied.
On day 11 I made contact yet again, but was now told an email had been sent, which I never received. It all just felt that this was a delaying tactic.

An Update. Just to be clear, Rachel Levi was never the problem, her advice and handling of my account was very professional and well managed.

My problem was with the withdrawal process and the lack of support.

But since posting this review hey presto things have been sorted.

I have been assigned Vincent as my manager and we are getting on great so far, thank Vincent.

Oliver has been brilliant from the start directing me in all ways. Still a lot to learn but am sure with his patience I will get there

Fabulous support, Rachel has worked so fast to increase my understanding ! Also made me promise to spend my first profits on myself ( Chanel incoming) thanks Rachel you’ve brightened up my Friday let’s see how the snakes and ladders develop later!

They made it very simple to understand the procedures even for a self confessed audited.

It was by chance that I came across this company. I believe in synchronicity. I was thinking about investing in forex. I started reading a book on investing. Had a phone call with the representative. We got on very well but there was always a bit of "is this a legitimate company" on my behalf. It is very important to have a good relationship with the person you are dealing with. You are trusting your money with this person.
I must say that I have been making money in a very short time. I tread very carefully. That is how I work, until I get comfortable with taking the next step. There was never ANY pressure from the person for me to invest more money. It was always a suggestion to invest more money.
Everyday we had a meeting and discussed what we were going to invest in. A very experienced person. Up to date with what is happening in the markets.
If you ever want to invest with 501fx, I would recommend the person I am working with. Name is withheld due to data protection.

Update: My assigned account manager became someone who felt it okay to address me as though it was a child he was dealing with in a very commanding and authoritative manner!
Another thing is, I noticed he never called me from the same number! It was a completely different number every single time, with the only way to identify it was him from the first 5 numbers after the +44.
Basically insisted I take out a loan in my name to help me get 7.6% interest every month when I deposit money into their savings account!
He wanted a screenshare to watch me enter my financial details into Experian.
This is when I decided it was time to no longer keep condoning such manner of treatment.
When I refused to go ahead with this suggestion, he said this is a Nigerian trait! As other Nigerian customers also refused to go ahead with this suggestion and the reason people still have financial problems.
After withdrawing my first amount, I've now tried to take back my remaining funds, however he had added in a credit claiming my initial investment of $250 was absolutely nothing because I came with the intention to only try out their platform being recommended by a dear friend who was also curious about their platform and how it works.
Even if an investment is $5 it's still off the back of hard work I've put in!!
I have traded with only £400 with UK based trading platforms and received no pressure to increase my investment amount and made a profit of £120 before having to also close this account and got all my money back without any T&C's stopping this whatsoever!!!
Even the review I wrote initially which I've now removed, I had to do while he insisted to watch on screenshare him and also tried to dictate to me what I should write except when I pushed back.
So, please take any other review with a huge pinch of salt as you don't know if they were also coerced into writing those reviews.
I've done more digging and discovered this company is registered in the Island of Comoros.
This makes it a challenge to chase any issues through any ombudsman process if you don't reside in that place!!

As it stands, I advise ANYBODY thinking about using this platform to AVOID SERIOUSLY!

I've been working with John Miller for about 3 years now. Great guy and very patient with me. I've been able to pay off my mortgage and all the credit debt I had when I started, I don't know where I'd be without him!

Harassing non stop high pressure calls. I've no idea where they got my info from but they wont stop calling.
Had at least 4 calls per day for the last 2 months.
