I never received my order and refusal to help
I never received my order and refused to help.
I ordered a package on Tuesday, and two days later I got an email that my package will arrive shortly, after waiting at home I never received the package while on my tracking it said that it had arrived.
After waiting another day I send an email to get help to retrieve my package. The reply that I received 3 days later was a screenshot of "proof of delivery", this picture showed that my package was in a whole different country.
Never received another reply to this problem.
