A terrible customer care service!!
A terrible customer care service!!! I have to switch because 50+ mobile is not providing Esim and the customer care was not answering my emails. I have sent them 5 emails, no reply. they informed me that they can not stop my contract, if i want to stop earlier i have to pay at once all the sum intill the end of the contract +25Euro adninistrative costs. I ending up paying for 1.5 year +25 euro for administrative cost to get my number free, so i can switch. the most annoying part it, that they ignore my emails and once i called them, they told me they are not obliged to provide Esim and they can not do anything for me !!! TERRIBEL servicces, i will never go back to them.

I am very sorry, but the service and the treatment are very bad. I got several lines, I got two bad lines that did not work for me. Then I got a line that they say is working and active, but for me, it doesn't work at all. It doesn't connect to the internet, no data, no calls. I contacted the company, and they told me, honestly, that the line is active and working.
