Worst sh*t I’ve EVER had to deal with

Worst sh*t I’ve EVER had to deal with.
Ordered wheels in December, never got an update on the shipping, the delivery date has been pushed back every month, don’t respond to emails or calls, it’s been 7 MONTH and I still haven’t even seen my wheels??? And now they cancelled my order without as much as a notis?! NEVER that I’m ordering from these guys again, how they can run a company this way is beyond me.

Bolts with floating conic

I've ordered bolts for wheels. First problem was that they didn't have that on the shelf even in the case on the website delivery time was 3 days. I was waiting for them 11 days.
Second problem is contact and client service which doesn't exist. The only way to contact with them is call them in between 5 and 7pm. Maybe the guy will answer your call and lie about the delivery like in my case.
After that I wanted to do some changes, because I had a problem with phone number on the website and I made a mistake in that. I was emailing, calling even I massage them with SMS like that guy from client service asked me for. Of course they didn't do anything with that.
About the bolts which I ordered. They are just China not the best quality bolts with the floating conic - but the problem is usually you can fit the wheels which are having bolt pattern 2mm different from your. With those bolts it's impossible because the conic is moving only 1mm.
Overall I don't recommend the company and the product.

Slow delivery, poor customer service, bad quality

When I placed the order, the shipping details said that they would use DHL or UPS but they used PostNord and it took ages! I think contacted them to say that a plastic bit on one of the glasses was missing and they never responded.

The glasses are terrible quality and most of them have broken now. Not worth the money.
