Brilliant Service
I asked Lee at 5and20to to find me a particular Longines women's watch to replace my much loved Furla watch that had stopped working. After talking things through with him, we decided he'd look for a 'pre-loved' one for me. Now, I am particularly fussy and had a gazillion requirements that the watch needed to meet, from exact style, length and width, to colour of face, watch and bracelet, to no additional adornments, etc, etc. Nothing phased him or shattered his incredible patience. Then, even better, after we talked again, at his suggestion, we decided that instead of finding me a new watch, he'd arrange to get my much loved one repaired, polished and all round improved. This was incredibly kind of him as not only had he spent a good while looking for second hand watches for me, but it meant he wouldn't get as much commission. And this evening, less than 2 weeks after we had that discussion my beautifully shiny, smooth and, most importantly, fully functioning watch is back on my wrist. Lee was delightful to work with, he has the patience of a saint, the enthusiasm of a puppy (that's a good thing, btw) and lots of knowledge.
