Don’t order online from this place. They suck so bad. It’s horrible. I was looking forward to doing something fun and entertaining during quarantine. But I’ve never received the package. They said it was delivered and when I emailed them about it being “delivered” I got the same thing I had originally gotten. Which was bull. Don’t order from this place they make your life a misery.

I thought it was a scam, but it actually arrived at my door after 5 months, and i actually really enjoyed doing it

it deserve zero stars because they stole my money and never deliver my package nor returned my money

I wish I had of read the reviews before ordering. They are a total scam! Have still not received my order after 3 months and part of my order was cancelled and I haven't received the refund. I'm $80 down.... So upset with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Never have I tried so unprofessional and unacceptable costumer service.
Ordered a product 3-4 months ago, still hasn't been sent, or any information sent to me, and I have contacted them maybe 10 times.
And worst, they blame it on the world's covid-19 crisis, which is just a big lie and disgusting that they sink sooo low.

I didnt read all the reviews before buying and I bought an extra large diamond painting of a painting for my new home. And it cost me approx $160. They sent me and email asking for a review and I wrote back "why should I leave a review if I havnt recieved the product yet" and they said give it another 20-30 days. I had already waited 40 days prior to this as stated in the original purchase confirmation email. Luckily for me I had whacked it on the credit card and raised a dispute and thankfully got that money back. DO NOT LET YOUR ORDER PROGRESS GET TO THE SHIPPING STAGE! Once if gets to that stage you cannot get money back as it implies they had a product to send out in the first place. Total scam. Such a shame because it was the only place I could get this painting at that partiular size. If it's too good to be true, then it usually is.

I emailed them so many times and not once did they help me. I am so upset because I ordered months ago and I haven’t gotten my package! Don’t buy from them!

This is totally a scam and totally been cheated. Please do not buy any from them. I had to wait for 3 months to receive my product and when i received it, i was shocked with the quality and the way they have shipped over. Totally not as per what their website have shown. A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!!! Quality and packaging was really extremely bad

I ordered 2 diamond paintings almost 5 months ago and they never arrived

ordered in march. Its mid june and no package. Ordered through paypal and they wont gelp me either because the company SAYS it's been shipped. So im screwed out of 25$. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Quite honestly I’m fed up. I had ordered items from them on the 22nd of March and got a confirmation email from them, after 3 weeks of not hearing anything about shipment I emailed them and eventually heard back from them saying it had shipped but the information I was getting from their shipping company was “information received” fast forward to may and numerous emails later I am then told they apparently lost my original order and that they would send replacements at no extra cost I thought that’s fine. I was informed it would take 2-10 working days for it to be processed but we are now in June and it is still being processed apparently. This company is an absolute joke at the moment compared to the last time I ordered from them -which was actually a very good shipping and delivery of 3 weeks. If this doesn’t get sorted soon I’m requesting a full refund and I don’t think I will ever recommend this company to anyone else nor will I ever order from them again.
It’s just a big con.

It's a scam. Ordered um april, never recieved anything.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Ordered my product 2 plus months ago. Last week it showed my order was being put on the plane, today the order is being processed at the plant. So, in other words the order is now moving in reverse.

I have emailed 5d Artist numerous times. Under the email address I GAVE, there is no order! When I sent an email showing the line item from my bank for the order, miraculously they found my order under one of my other email addresses that i did not give them....OH IT GETS BETTER...once they found the order under the other address i told them i did not use that email address in any of my correspondence. Of course they ignored me and told me they had made a mistake when i placed the order and didn't give me my discount. They had corrected the problem and the order...WAIT FOR IT....is under another of my email addresses! MIND YOU NOW I ONLY GAVE THEM MY EVERYDAY EMAIL ADDRESS.

I BELIEVE THEY HACKED INTO MY COMPUTER AND MY EMAIL. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THEY COULD HAVE FOUND THOSE 2 EMAIL ADDRESSES!

I just called the Customer Service number and left them a voicemail.

Tomorrow my bank will get a call from me. I will be getting a hold of Facebook also to turn them in! That is where I saw their ad and in turn placed my order! If you ordered from them I doubt you'll get your order. Get with your bank and let Facebook know about this company! If possible I WILL prosecute them!

Oh also, your money went somewhere in CHINA!

I ordered in March and haven't received anything and the tracker they give you says that the shipment hasn't moved. They send standard emails to you, received the same exact wording twice.
Opening a dispute with my credit card company for a refund hopefully for an item never received, especially after reading these other reviews.

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a package worth $27.47 in mid April. Its saying that it has been shipped and will reach my post office soon which it has been saying for THREE WEEKS. So I contacted my post office and they told me it hasn't even been shipped from there! And now its telling me I can't get a refund BECAUSE ITS BEEN SHIPPED. WHICH IS A LIE. THIS WHOLE THING IS A SCAM FOR PEOPLES MONEY AND IM HIGHLY UPSET. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A MONTHERS DAY GIFT TO MY MOM. DO NOT BUY FROM 5D ARTIST.

If I could give zero I would. Wish I'd read some of these reviews before purchasing from 5D artist. I spent $47AUD on a painting about 2 months ago. When I found out that it was going to take upwards of 3 months to arrive I straight away cancelled the order and request a refund. Which was told I would receive within 2-14 business days. When I never received the refund I contacted them again and they again told me I had to wait another 21 business days!! It's now been 2 months since I was told I would get a refund and I still have not received my money back. Absolutely livid, do not buy from here. You will get scammed

It would be zero if I could do that. I ordered beginning of March, canceled the order because I didn’t want to wait over three weeks to get my stuff when it would come from amazon way faster and cheaper. I have yet to receive a refund when I should have gotten one by April 28th. I am furious and from reading the other reviews, it looks like I fell for the scam. There’s $20 I’ll never get back

So now I’ve been scammed , not once but twice. They only got me fo 8.95. The first time there was an issue they said for a month that it was on the way so being nice I said fine. However we are now into the second month and my second picture is obviously with the first. I only have one thing to say to the scammers “ if you choose to scam people and you think it’s a good idea Own it . Just don’t scam and waste our time you can just let us know once you get the money that we aren’t getting anything for our money and we’re not getting our money back either. It would save time. You see I love my job and I am proud of it, you should be also. Tomorrow is Mother’s Day I hope you are going to honor the woman that raised you to be the people you are and I truly hope they are proud of the thieves you all turned out to be . Hold your head high so high god can get a good look at you he’s the one you have to worry about.

It would be 0 if possible. They take your money then spam your email. You won't get your items and you won't get your money refunded. It's a shame since this was going to be a gift. Live and learn I guess.
