BAD KYC

If you want to open an account there from europe it is close to impossible, you provide them with all identification you need, give them proof of address and verify your phone but they will still try to cut you off, their KYC policy is unnecessary and sucks

gave em another shot, better experience so far

yes despite having a very unpleasant time last october I in the search of books that havent limited me yet gave 5Dimes another shot and to make it a bit shorter than my last review:
Deposit no problem (btc)
coverage (only using ultraplay 5DImes aka 5dimes.gg): wide and deep
limits bad for low tier ok for high tier nothing special tho
support good
KYC already done last year but I think it was fine (got it done after all lol)
withdrawal: no problem THIS TIME, surprised me myself. Well I had my 2x rollover done (which u gotta do as non american afaik without any bonus which is a joke) and then received my cash few hours later. no weird delay tactics, no 3 days processing time just to tell me that I need to do sth else to get my cash. if they refined their withdrawal processes and I didnt just get lucky I must say this book improved!

edit:
softlimited (aka can get 3 digits in on top tier but nothing on tiers below) after my fist withdrawal. not surprised though, bookies nowadays are just giant puss*es

100% Trustworthy. Best Lottery Odds!

5dimes is by far the best online sports-book available to players from the United States. What sets them apart from all other online sports books is they have lottery for most states with better odds. I am a small time bettor who just happened to have $2.50 bet on a 4 digit birthday. With 5dimes that paid $22,500 or 9000 to 1 It took less than a month and multiple withdrawals to get all of what I was owed. There sports book has multiple betting options on everything you can imagine. I have been a customer for 10 years and have never had a problem getting paid.
