A business that prioritizes customer satisfaction
There was a mistake with my order and the company worked so swiftly to fix it. I had never experienced such customer service. Within 48 hours, my payment was refunded in full including what I paid for shipment and about a month later, a new dress from their new collection was sent to me for free. They even included a sweet treat. This is a business I will support over and over again because it is not just about making money but guaranteeing customer satisfaction. 10/10 for sure!
