Not sure it was due to the Wuhan virus or another reason but it took forever to get the product, which shipped from China. Unless the Chinese writing was done in the US.

I didn’t dye my due diligence and check the company out before ordering. They are making along of money for doing absolutely nothing!

This is a fraud company! I spent over $61 ordering resistance bands. I opened it tried it. By the 4th rep, it broke and cut my chin. No one is responding back. The only email is Alex@5seconds.
I'm beginning to think it's a fraud company. BE CAREFUL! Another cheap disgusting Chinese material. Sick frauds!

If it were possible to give zero stars

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The media didn’t lie. Be wary of online shopping as you are susceptible to your money being taken. I ordered from this company in February. To date, merchandise has not been received. I’ve been fed the “item is waiting to be shipped” line, and then told they are shipping replacements? Which is it? Item waiting to be shipped or item lost in shipment? I should’ve done more research on the company. I failed myself for trusting that the company would honor its obligation to its customers. WRONG! I’ve asked for a refund, and was told they’d give me 25% off my next purchase! Stay away! I wish I had found these reviews prior to getting robbed!

It's WISH, in disguise!😡

I ordered the foot things that are supposed to keep your feet supported, and it took 3 weeks (or longer) to ship, and they are in a pkg with Chinese markings on ton it, a la WISH! Then, no instructions on how to get them on, correctly! Don't buy from this sham company! I've asked for a refund. These are not worth $25!😡😡😡😡😡

Also, stay the hell away from ANY CA sellers, on EBay and Etsy! They are Chinese shills!

Everything on this site is overpriced

Everything on this site is overpriced. You'll find the same stuff a lot cheaper on other webshops. Like I did.
I made an order and received nothing over 6 weeks time. At the end I had to put a claim down through PayPal.
Suddenly, short time later, I received an email that my order was on it's way. Do not buy from this company!

This is a rip off company

This is a rip off company. Don't ever go there. Their cancellation policy is the worst on earth. If you want to cancel an order, it has to be within six hours after placing the order, and that too for a 30% fee. If later, you lost the whole thing. If you want to return an order, there are hefty fees that will make it worth not returning at all.

Do not order from this Company!!!

I wish I'd looked this up before ordering! I ordered 2 months ago and nothing. They have told me it is just ready to ship, that it has shipped, that it is stuck in customs, that their people are sick, etc. All I wanted was the truth, but obviously they are told to lie. Do not order from this Company. They are still advertising on U-tube. They even sent me an email advertising some product.

The website is not working

The website is not working, and the owner told us to go to another website, which directly led me to like his facebook page. It's been past almost a month since I ordered the item that is 6 times expensive that you could buy at Amazon, which I received the items already. The money was taken from the company in Singapore.

5seconds is a Chinese Rip Off Scam Company AVOID

What a dope I am for not checking Trust Pilot before ordering sandals that arrived but are too wide. I asked for return information and was told, get this, to order another pair for 50% off. I can see this is not going to work out in my favor. It will cost more to send back to China! Their site makes you believe they are from California. A big lie. Avoid this company. Why are the Chinese ruining their world reputation by scamming people? I am so disappointed.
