Scam and here is the proof:

Scam and here is the proof:
Older customer, used it once, had already remaining balance. Now that I try to login again:

login:
"Invalid email address or password"

forget:
"Email not exists"

Sign in with Google:
"This email is already in use"
(also if I try new registration through google, it shows the same result...)

Contradiction in these results. Especially the 3rd result is funny, email already in use, but cant sign in through google!
Where is my account?
They confiscated my previous balance, so that I repay with a new account.
Support/email/chat, not available, doors closed, they can only receive your money, nothing else.

Scam alert

I recently tried to used their service and been pushed to make crypto payments to them and the result was that they received my money, publicly visible in blockchain records and they got all the insane excuses to not credit my money and, according to their "policy", there are no crypto refunds.
Result: They took my money. I lost my money.

Unreliable Numbers & No Accountability – Avoid if You Value Your Crypto

Tried this service to receive SMS from Finnish numbers, but the numbers are consistently detected as non-permanent or virtual, making them unusable for certain platforms.

I followed all precautions — VPNs, new devices, cache clearing — but still hit the same wall. The company admits they can’t verify the quality of the numbers before selling them and simply tells you to “buy more” and try your luck. No refunds, no real support, and crypto payments are non-refundable, even if the service doesn’t work as intended.

They profit off failed attempts and take no responsibility when the product doesn’t deliver. You're essentially paying to gamble on whether a number works.

Don’t fall for the illusion of a working service — this is a risky and unreliable platform. Avoid, especially if you're paying with crypto.

Unclear payment process and useless support

Tried 5sim with a small USDT (BEP20) payment to test the service. The transaction went through, but wasn’t credited — all because the amount didn’t account for hidden network fees.

This was never mentioned on the payment page .

Their support team? Unhelpful and inflexible. Just repeated generic rules instead of acknowledging the confusing interface or offering any solution.

Service might work, but the experience is frustrating. Would not recommend.

SCAM – Non-Working Numbers & Zero Support

I paid for virtual numbers, but NONE worked for Google verification. Every attempt failed with errors like "This number cannot be used for verification." Worse, their system marked numbers as "used" even when they were blocked by Google.

No real support—just endless requests for screenshots, even when the issue is clearly on their end. After providing proof, they ignored my refund request.

Lost money and time. Avoid this service unless you enjoy throwing cash into a black hole.

Title: Paid $50 to 5sim.net – No service delivered, no response

Content:

I deposited $50 in crypto to 5sim.net on May 13, 2025. My balance was credited (3313.6₽), but I couldn’t use the service – I tried to buy numbers and got nothing. No SMS, no working numbers.

I submitted support requests, but nobody replied.

I am requesting a full refund.
This platform appears to be a scam – beware and avoid using it.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I used 5sim.net to buy virtual numbers for WhatsApp and Telegram verification. Not only did the numbers fail to work, but they got my accounts instantly banned the moment I entered the code — before I even used the account. This happened multiple times with both WhatsApp and Telegram.

When I contacted support, they gave me generic, copy-paste excuses blaming my device, IP, cookies, or "anti-fraud systems." No real help, no accountability — and worst of all, no refund.

It’s clear they’re selling numbers that are already blacklisted or flagged, and then hiding behind vague policies to avoid giving refunds. I’ve lost money and time using their platform, and all I got was frustration.

If you care about your money or your time, stay far away from 5sim.net. This company refuses to take responsibility and is happy to let customers pay for defective products.
