A window cleaning system which doesn't really work

This window cleaning company uses a pump and hose system which 'washes' rather than 'cleans' your windows. As a result they routinely leave the windows wet, with the result that they get covered with drying marks as they dry. Hence, your windows will never really be clean.
I would prefer a traditional window cleaner with a ladder and squeegee, but sadly these don't seem to exist any more. If you ask SSR about this they'll tell you their system is the modern way to clean windows. In my opinion it doesn't really work.
I awarded 3 stars because they are reliable, friendly, will prevent the build up of dirt on your windows and keep them looking reasonable. But I do miss that "really clean" sparkle...
