Good service 5 Star Fuels…
I have ordered twice from 5Star Fuels & got next day delivery & no problems ordering online. Received a call when delivery was coming

This is a terrible service...no contact tel no..all done by email..
Ppl on emailing duties dont even sign off with their name..I had to ask them to at least place a name on end of emails..
I know it says email only on www but actually it just doesnt suit oil delivery..There is no home address on website...Curran Oil are a sister company but they do not have a contact tel no. for 5STAR FUELS.
I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.!!
TOOK 4 DAYS FROM ORDERING TO DELIVERY !!
Exactly the same as Marie(previous reviewer) experience and I was only 67 litres short despite having spare drums. Actual price for 1000 litres and 500 litres was the same so no excuse there. More interesting actual delivery was by Currans. Here's a Top idea... order half you need and make them come out twice at their expense.......or order with more open company as it says no where in the website about shortfall despite 'ChespestOil' saying read them.
Where is my delivery, I put in an order 6DAYS ago!!?? I'm still waiting!

Please avoid this Company as it appears to be a Scam. 5 Star Fuels are owned by Curran Oils. I ordered 1000 litres of oil from this company as they had the most competitive rate. The tank would only take 870 litres so I asked for a refund of difference. Although on their website there is no mention of a penalty (in fact their Terms & Conditions were in Latin until I informed them of same and they changed it), they overcharged me by €118.90 and said they will only refund €97.20. This is working out at 94 cent a litre instead of 91 cent, a more expensive rate than if I bought 500 litres from them. I will be taking this further. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS ONLINE COMPANY - GO WITH SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST !! NOTICE THEY DON'T MENTION PENALTY ON THEIR WEBSITE. USE CERTA 805.75 Plus 402 Tesco points.
