Competitive prices but poor after care!
I contacted this company because of the positive reviews. Anil was initially quick to respond and he organised for the work to be done within two weeks. Prices are competitive. Although his team worked hard the quality of workmanship wasn't great. Some of the fixed glazing panels were not fitted straight and some had some very visible unsightly white debris from the plastic frame on the black seal simply because they hadn't been cleaned properly before fitting. Once the full payment was made Anil wasn't very responsive to my requests of rectifying those issues. It took several texts and eventually phone calls to finally send someone out. Same issue with receiving the promised Fensa certificate. Despite I was told it had been requested on completion I had to chase it up as two months after it still hadn't been received. Again all I would get in reply to my texts was a very elusive ok from Anil. It was finally requested when I enquired and not on completion as promised. So in conclusion competitive prices but not great customer service! 😕
