Same product code but a different size-promised refund not received
First order of document folders was fine. Second time the same product code showed a different size. I phoned to check. She phoned back and said they would fit and the website dimensions were wrong. Order arrived - they didn’t fit 20mm wider than what I was promised. Phoned again they promised to refund but no refund received! Can’t find A4 sized folders anywhere now.

Vey poor packaging and delivery, UPS are the worst.
Disappointed with 5 Star, no response to emails.
Shame as the products when they arrive intact are good.

Very Poor - I have always had a problem in having the correct product delivered to me ,
This time i had already placed my order , received the wrong product . This delayed my stock intake of refilling my office supplies and I have ran out of water in office. Customer service do try to help by refunding the money , which in actual fact does not help .

As mentioned on the phone to you, our suppliers unfortunately ran out of spring water so we only had mineral water available.
