Great customer service but long wait for products
First I want everyone who orders to understand it takes over a month to receive your purchase. I received 2 quilts and one was not sewn together right. I contacted customer service was given 2 options 20% back or a new replacement item. These where gifts I choose the replacement item. They resent it and the quilt was perfect. Customer service kept in-touch through emails the whole time. I will order from them again because they handled everything perfect to make sure I received the product I purchased. I am giving 3 stars because the wait time was long it’s 30 days from purchase date before even mailed out. I think that should be somewhere on the site to understand that before purchasing.

Cute but too big
Design is great but sizing is way off. I usually wear an xl zip up but this one fits more like a 3x. It’s huge and not what I expected.

I have 4 items from you now. My son loved them so much that I had to get him a personalised bottle, which he loves. They are excellent quality,and I use my large personalised cup all day, every day. I have recommended them to many. My favourite part is that my water stays cold for hours.
