The customer service is quick and responsive. Had an issue with the first order but they sent another canvas out and corrected the problem.
I tried to contact the company regarding my order. Response time was poor. I received my small blanket (check the size before ordering) before I received a response. I wanted to check the names I had put on it and sure enough I was missing one. That was my fault but wish my email was responded to so that wouldn’t have happened.
The t-shirt I ordered came right away and was exactly what I expected. Good job. Thanks
Customer service was excellent. Had an issue with the address and the company went above and beyond to.get my item to the intended recipient.
Only reason is because they show the shirt with the logo on front.. the one I received was printed on the back of the sweatshirt...costumer service or somebody on the company’s Facebook site seen I left a bad review complaining about this matter and they sent me a msg stating that it was probably because of the holidays that it somehow got printed wrong and said another one will be sent to me the right way and also said I would be getting a email with that confirmation but never received an email or the new sweatshirt the correct way... other then that my fiancé liked it but wishes the print was on the front as well.

Well I was very excited about this sweater, I’m proposing in less than a month. I had placed a restriction on my account that stopped PayPal from using my bank (hacked) and then got an email denying the purchase. I fixed it and they tried again, my bank account shows that it went through, later that day got an email saying that it wasn’t (I didn’t notice the email until about 3-4 days afterwards) checked my bank account and what do you know, the retried payment to 6merch was sitting right on top as paid. It’s been a few days and emailed the support to clarify things and have yet to get any response up to date. It’s stressful that on a big day what I felt was the perfect gift not being able to come in on time. Her bday is the proposal date and at this rate maybe I’ll get the sweater the day we get married. It would be nice if there were a phone number to call or just more promptness on their end to clear up any issues that day. Hope you guys got better luck than I did. I’ll post an updated review with what they have to say or if the business relationship is finished.
