Unprofessional Customer Service – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I ordered multiple pairs of earrings from 79hour, but the entire experience was a disaster. Some of the earrings were incorrect, a few were damaged, and others were both wrong and damaged. This was already incredibly frustrating, but the lack of response from their customer service made it even worse.

I contacted them three times (!) to report the issue, yet I have received absolutely no reply – no apology, no resolution, nothing. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable.

If you’re considering ordering from them, beware: if something goes wrong, you’ll likely be ignored completely. I can’t recommend this company at all
