Withdrawal Limits & Delays – Very Concerning Experience
I’m writing this as a high-tier VIP player who expected professional handling of withdrawals, but instead experienced a situation that raises serious concerns about fairness and trust.
Here is the factual timeline:
• I originally requested a withdrawal when my balance was approximately 3–4 ETH.
• That withdrawal was delayed, not rejected — simply left unprocessed.
• During that delay, I continued playing and legitimately won an additional 10–15 ETH.
• The withdrawal remained delayed.
• I continued playing again and won another ~5 ETH, bringing my total balance to 20+ ETH.
By the time this was addressed, the balance had grown to a market value of roughly $140,000 USD.
Now I’m being told I’m limited to 3.2 ETH per withdrawal, despite:
Holding one of the highest VIP tiers
VIP materials stating that exceptions can be made
The fact that had my original withdrawal been processed promptly, the platform’s exposure would have been closer to $10–15k, not six figures
Since, my withdrawals have been delayed indefinitely due to "verification"
This creates a troubling dynamic where:
Delays benefit the house
Risk accumulates for the player
And once winnings become significant, withdrawals become more restrictive
I have attempted to resolve this privately and professionally, including proposing a mutually beneficial compromise involving partial fund release in exchange for flexibility. To date, no meaningful resolution has been provided.
To be clear, I am not alleging fraud. However, when a casino advertises VIP discretion and then applies rigid withdrawal limits only after substantial winnings accrue due to internal delays, it undermines confidence in the platform.
High-stakes and VIP players should be especially cautious. A withdrawal process should not become more difficult simply because you win more — particularly when delays are not caused by the player.
I sincerely hope management addresses this transparently and promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to serious or high-volume players.
Id also like to add that i had no problems whatsoever making deposits, and playing for the last few years. It wasnt until trying to withdrawal a decent chunk of money that they kept denying it, or postponing it, stating verification processes. In other words, they did not act in good faith.
Response to their response: I will post screen shots of the chats & emails where they continuously delayed my withdrawal due to "pending verification" and canceled the withdrawal requests. I will follow up on this and post them on reddit. Proofs in the pudding guys.
Despite my concerns, they never did resolve the issue, and instead have deleted my account and will not respond to emails. Their reply was "In light of the above, please be advised that your account has been closed."
So please avoid them if you want a guarantee you'll see your money. I now use stake.us instead, and the withdrawals have been nearly instant, and tons of bonuses throughout the week. With zero playthrough requirement. I promise you'll be in better hands there.
