User friendly and fun
Their site and app are quick and easy to use. There are regular competitions with spinning wheels and virtual scratch cards which add to the suspense and the prizes are real and achievable too.
In moderation id recommend but it can be easy to get hooked and spend too much if you’re not careful.

Used the site for years played every week, (never won a thing) thats the gamble tho... but stopped playing to win, then they started taking money out of my bank, ive never subscribed to any thing on the site. Randomly take money 1 week then thr following misses 2 week then take it out again then the week after then 2 weeks. Always the same amount. Took few months for me to notice Because i never look at my bank statement. but then searched 7 day performance to see theyve been taking money out every week or ever other week for months .But yeah be careful putting your bank details on there. Scamming f@ckers can only imagine the amount of people they've done it to

Subscriptions are never added automatically. They require a customer to actively select and confirm the subscription during the checkout process. They cannot be started without the customer choosing that option.
If payments were taken, it’s because the subscription was enabled at the time of checkout. From your review it sounds like you may not have realised what you were signing up for, rather than anything being “randomly taken”.

If I could give it a 0 I would! Never reply to emails, went to make complaint and shut me down instantly and wouldn’t pass onto a senior member. Have decided to take things further with advice and support as not helping. Avoid. I thought would be supportive of long term customers but there’s 0 support or understanding.

Taken money out of my bank account twice in one week. Scam scam scam. Beware. Don’t know how the hell they’ve got my bank details !!!!!!! Just read other reviews and don’t believe they are genuine. Following us locating your account, we can only see two transactions that are 9 days apart. We can see you signed up to our Dream Home subscription & the second transaction was when the new dream home launched - this is exactly as it would have been explained to our upon initial checkout.
We take accusations like this very seriously.
We cannot locate any account under the name shown on this review. We also cannot and do not take money without a customer actively placing an order or authorising a payment during checkout.
We do not have access to people’s bank details unless they have entered them themselves to make a purchase, and there is no mechanism for us to randomly withdraw funds from individuals.
If you believe a transaction is linked to us, please contact our support team directly with the payment reference so we can investigate properly. Making public accusations without contacting us first does not help resolve the situation.
