Love our 7th avenue sofa
Love our 7th avenue sofa, it's so comfy, deep and good quality. The cushions don't slide about, there is a ton of storage space under the seats and it look's gorgeous. The white glove service was also excellent, Diego and Andres were friendly, professional, clean and efficient, and showed me how to dissemble and re-esemble the couch in the future if I needed to. We are very happy with our purchase!

Both the team in the SF showroom and the delivery team for SF exceeded our expectations. From start to finish the whole experience was made so easy. The team at the showroom definitely knew their stuff and didn't feel overly pushy at all.

Aaron and Homar were excellent!!! Soooo many parts which was surprising but they were quick and extremely thorough. They explained everything to me along the way so I’m not completely lost if I ever try to strip the modular system to move or clean. They topped it off by steaming the couch to get all the packing creases out. Absolutely fantastic service! White glove through and through.

Our experience from start to finish was amazing! We went to the West Hollywood location and worked with Nick. He was so helpful and after doing extensive shopping around we had found our new sofa. We were notified once it was ready to be delivered and every step of the way. Aaron and his team were also wonderful. As they set up the sectional they were informative about assembly and care. There was even complementary steaming! White glove service at its best. We highly recommend 7th Avenue and love our new sectional.

The delivery team was excellent but.....
The delivery team was excellent, but they notice that some of the pillows looked not normal after unpacking them. They told me to give it 2 days to see if they go to normal form... I contacted 7th avenue after 2 days because the pillows still dont look right.... That was almost 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the "amazing customer service" to call or contact me to fix this....

Gabe and Camilo were excellent. Assembled the entire couch super efficiently and even steamed it when it was done. Left my apartment super clean. If I have to change the color of my couch down the line, I hope they do it!

Best Sofa Ever!
We've had an outstanding experience with 7th Avenue from the moment we walked into the showroom in West Hollywood. The service truly felt first-class every step of the way. Dan Kravets, our sales associate, was a joy to work with, as well as incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while we made our decision. He was available via text whenever we had a question which we really appreciated.
The white-glove delivery team was punctual, professional, careful, and efficient, making the whole process completely stress-free. Quality control was on it, as Griffin immediately inquired if we needed a replacement pillow cover after noticing a discrepancy in the photo of the set-up sent by the delivery team. We had originally requested a different color accent pillow but changed our mind afterwards. The support team handled the replacement promptly and without any hassle, which says a lot about how they stand behind their products.
The couch itself is an absolute dream - it’s so comfortable it honestly feels like sitting on a cloud. We are so glad that we opted for the super soft high performance velvet fabric. You definitely get what you pay for here. The quality, attention to detail, and level of service are well worth the investment. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a healthier, non-toxic couch with stain-resistant and washable fabric. Great Service
JP and Alex had the best service from the start. They texted me day of delivery to let me know their ETA and showed up earlier, which worked out for me. They were careful bringing everything in and instructed me on how to change the covers if needed. I felt comfortable with them during set up, which was about 2 hours. and was more than appreciative for them to put it all together. I love my new couch and couldn’t be happier!
