Just had a couch delivered by Eddie and Diego. We are very happy with how the delivery went--they were very professional, did a great job setting the couch up, made sure everything was in line with our preferences, and took away all the boxes and plastic. Great job.

From the rep in the sales room (Joshua Tompkins) to the white glove installation (Eddie & Diego) this company and team is incredible. Everyone is so knowledgable and ready to help. The sales rep knew which material our cats would leave alone and the delivery guys even steamed the couch and put down my rug and rug pad for me!!

Oh yeah and the couch is INCREIBLE!!! SO HAPPY

We just had our 7th Avenue couches delivered today and I could not be more happy or appreciative of the delivery service that we received from Eddie and Diego from the Bay Area team! They were thorough, worked quickly and with great attention to detail, and made sure we were completely happy with the set up. They also went above and beyond to go out of their way to help us set up the rug to put the couch on - they deserved to be recognized for their tremendous work! Thank you so much Eddie and Diego!

We bought our sectional over a year ago and had issues with our fabric. Feeling like it was a horrible purchase, we wrote a review and the next day, Logun and his team reached out to us and we were blown away at how understanding, prompt, and professional they all were. Weeks later, our sectional looks amazing and the new velvet fabric is absolutely stunning. This is honestly the first time we were left speechless from the top-notch customer service provided.

I have only had my sofa for a day, but so far the experience has been overall fabulous. I am truly thrilled and have recommended 7th Avenue to multiple friends. Truly the best!

Eddy and Diego came and set up my beautiful couch for me today. They did such an incredible job, putting it together and putting it exactly where I wanted it. They had great communication with me and each other. They made sure and kept everything super clean and even vacuumed as they were going. They were so friendly and kind and made the experience seamless. They went above and beyond what I expected, I’m very happy with the experience.

What an amazing experience! It’s exactly what you pay for and expect for top quality products and service. I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron and Alex they were super friendly, professional and on top respectful. Any questions I had they were able to provide a clear answer that eased my concerns/worry. On top of there teamwork was phenomenal they were quick and efficient in completing the add on to the couch. Even went above and beyond in helping my rearrange the couches and put them to where my liking was. 100/10 experience if you’re able request Aaron and Alex I would 100% recommend to have them set up your new couches!

We love our new 7th Avenue couch! We purchased from the Newport Beach showroom and had a great experience with both Taylor and William. I had to make some changes to my order after purchase and the online customer service team was very helpful and responsive (they were also very helpful when I had to reschedule my couch delivery). Since I’m in Southern California, I got the white glove delivery service. Aaron and Alex did a phenomenal job with the delivery and assembly of our couch. They were super efficient and professional! All in all, the customer service from 7th Avenue is top notch and the couch is beautiful!

Amazing company — from customer service to delivery! Jaime and Frankie were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. Justice and Alex handled the delivery and assembly with such professionalism — they even washed their hands before setting up the fabric! I am truly impressed with the care and attention from start to finish.

I just got my sectional today. The service Camilo and Rigo provided was exceptional. They explained to me how to remove the inserts when needed. They were on time and professional. I am very impressed!

Today 10/03/25 Aaron & Alex came in today were quick and clean to setup and put the couches together, they were very informative on care and maintenance of the product. Fast & friendly service. Thanks guys.

The delivery team of Eddie & Alex could not have been any better…from arriving on time, offering to wear shoe coverings before being asked, working quickly and efficiently to haul 10+ boxes up a flight of stairs, making quick work of the assembly, ensuring they answered all my questions & explaining how everything works…and even steam ironing the fabric to get the wrinkles out. Their white glove delivery service was truly the best…we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

From the showroom to the delivery and assembly everything was awesome! The whole experience was great and easy!

Today Eddie and Alex delivered and put together our new couch. They were very thorough in making sure to wear shoe covers, used care when opening boxes, taking away all packaging and steaming the couch for any creases that occurred during the shipping as well.
We really love the new couch.

I received my 5-piece sectional today, and the Kevin and the delivery team was just as great. They set up the sectional in different configurations without rushing me or making me feel like a bother, and made sure I was completely happy with my choice before leaving.
