Relaxing Floatation…
A wonderful experience and very relaxing. You're a space that is just used by you so getting naked is not a problem. Every thing is explained fully so you feel really comfortable left on your own.

Soooo relaxing
It was the most relaxing and unique experience I've done in my 18 years of living. Sarah was also super friendly and helpful going through the whole first float process. Will definitely be back after my college exams to completely relax again

You do not need to take anything
You do not need to take anything! 7th Heaven has thought about every little detail, even down to snacks, teas, towels, hair towel, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, ear plugs, water (chose from sparkling, still, room temperature or chilled), hair ties, deodorants for after. EVERYTHING you’ll ever need.
It’s nice to be able to chose your time in the room with times of darkness and lights (of course you can chose your colours to).
Such a friendly welcome to :)

Calm and Wonderful Experience
The whole set up is just great. Sarah was so lovely and helpful as it was my first time there and I felt really comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed teh experience. I would love to make this a more regular thing, I could feel the calmness for the rest of the day!
